Overview
FleetScore’s proprietary software is a game changer for our users. It has robust reporting capabilities for any size fleet or transit agency. We offer a variety of tests based on the needs of your operation ranging from a basic testing to our advanced capabilities. FleetScore software assists technicians and fleet managers by providing historical test data as a reference, focused repairs, benchmarking new vehicles and replacement parts while assuring compliance with FMCSR 393.52 regulations.
Testing
- Basic Test-Measures total vehicle weight, brake force, and brake balance from side to side, and parking brake operation. Additionally, for bus operators utilizing door interlock, we test door interlock functionality for safety and reliability.
- Enhanced Test- In addition to the test features in our basic test, enhanced tests measures operator input to characterize balance from axle to axle, and assess brake force measurement under normal driving conditions.
- Advanced Test- In addition to all testing features of both basic and enhanced tests, an advanced tests the ABS and ESC systems and operation, scan and identify diagnostic fault codes in the ABS system via OBD/ABS port to verify and identify malfunction indicator lamp functionality.
Reporting
- Vehicle data is retained by unit number, VIN, configuration and mileage eliminating repetitive data entry at the time a test is conducted while compiling a comprehensive history of tests over time. Multiple reporting formats available, including; detailed test results, focused failure report, and manager’s summary report.
